Architect Tablizo is an accredited Construction Arbitrator in the Philippines under the CAIC. He is the foremost expert in settling disputes arising from or connected with contracts entered into by parties involved in construction in the Philippines.
He has been in government service for 39 years and is well versed in RA 9184, commonly known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act” prescribing the necessary rules and regulations for the modernization, standardization, and regulation of procurement activities of the Government of the Philippines.
Architect “Jun” is a man of integrity and an esteemed member of the College of Fellow of the United Architects of the Philippines, an honor given to a select group of architects who have rendered notable and outstanding contributions to the Architecture profession, community, and society as well as exceptional service to UAP. He is also among the first 40 registered Filipino ASEAN Architects.
In his private practice, he designed a number of high-end residences, institutional buildings and developed 2 subdivisions.
